Healthy Green Smoothie

This Healthy Green Smoothie recipe is another one created by our lovely brand ambassador, Silvia. Packed with over 2 cups of green vegetables, we can't think of a better way to get your greens than by drinking it up in this delicious smoothie. Plus a full bottle of Genesis Orange Juice for 5 times the daily dose of Vitamin C.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups kale
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, peeled
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • 3/4 - 1 bottle of Genesis Orange Juice + water (if needed)

HOW-TO:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Ginger Berry Protein Smoothie

Another delicious smoothie recipe from our bestie Silvia. This smoothie is sure to give you a protein packed start to your week! With the perfect balance of ginger and berries, it has just the right amount kick. Check out the recipe below!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (we recommend Garden of Life, Raw Organic Vanilla Protein)
  • 1/2 bottle of Genesis Ginger Lemonade, add more if needed

HOW-TO:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Ginger Apple Smoothie

1 steamed carrot
1/2 Apple
1 date
1/4 cup Ginger Apple Juice
A splash of nut milk
Ice to desired texture

How To:

Blend it up and top it with what ever you like, I chose almond butter, coconut, pumpkin seeds, and granola
