We are loving apples right now, so what better way to celebrate Apple Month than with an apple cocktail? Introducing our Pacific Northwest Apple & Rosemary Cocktail, a traditional apple drink with an Autumn twist.
This drink is rich in flavor without being heavy, and it has all of your fall favorites with a slight kick. Try this for Halloween, a Pumpkin carving party or as an elegant addition to a Thanksgiving gathering.
- 1/2 apple
- 2 sprig rosemary
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 6 oz. Genesis Pacific Northwest Apple Juice
- 2 oz. Ghost Owl Pacific Northwest Whisky from Indio Spirits (optional - but we suggest adding a club soda if you skip the Whisky)
- Dice up half an apple and place in your glass. Add ice if desired.
- Combine juice and whisky (or club soda). Stir to combine and garnish with rosemary sprig and cinnamon stick.
