Our friend Silvia was the mastermind behind this booze-free Cranberry Sangria. It's a great mocktail addition to your holiday tables. Perfectly sweet and refreshing, with tons of seasonal fruits and garnishes - you're going to love it!
Of course, it's easy to infuse with booze, if you'd like, just swap the sparkling apple cider for sparkling wine or champagne, or just a hard cider. If opting for the hard cider route, we recommend WildCraft CiderWorks.
As any true sangria recipe should, this Cranberry Sangria starts with lots of fresh fruit. You'll need: limes, apples, a lemon, an orange, pomegranate seeds, and fresh cranberries. For a festive flare, we're also calling for a few cinnamon sticks.
Toss all the cut fruit into a big pitcher. Add two bottles of Genesis Cranberry Lemonade and 1 bottle of Genesis Orange Juice with the fruit in your pitcher.
Now, refrigerate for 3 hours so the fruit and Genesis can marinate for a little while, before adding the next step.
Once you've waited the three house, stir in your sparkling apple cider (or alcoholic option instead, if you prefer). Serve immediately in fancy wine glasses with a handful of cranberries as garnish.

- Handful of cranberries for garnish (we added some to the actual sangria, too!)

- 1 bottle of Genesis Orange Juice (12 oz total)
- Sparkling apple cider (to make a cocktail, you could use a hard cider, sparkling wine, or champagne)
Cut apples into smaller pieces. Quarter limes, lemons and oranges and then slice.
Add to a large jar or pitcher along with two cinnamon sticks and pomegranate seeds. Pour Genesis Juice over fruit and set in fridge for 3 hours.
Stir in sparkling apple juice before serving plus a handful cranberries.
