Orange Ginger Smoothie

We all know that Vitamin C is the superfood that fights colds and flu, and this Orange Ginger Smoothie is a Vitamin C powerhouse!  Our bestie Silvia from The Tiny Avocado created this cold and flu fighting smoothie, and we're obsessed! 

It's perfect for when you're feeling under the weather, or feel like you're on your way to getting sick. The citrus and ginger make for a delicious, refreshing, and energizing combination. 

 
 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ¾ bottle Genesis Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup frozen mango
  • ⅓ cup non-dairy milk (Silvia uses Almond, we like coconut)
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger

How-To:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add the liquids first to help blend better!
