Berry Acai Smoothie Bowl

Take this new twist on a regular acai bowl and add in some berries, coconut yogurt and Genesis Strawberry Lemonade. It has all the berries needed for the perfect antioxidant boost combined with the creaminess of banana and yogurt for a wonderful blend. 

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tbsp acai powder
  • 1/4 cup Genesis Strawberry Lemonade
  • ¼ cup So Delicious Yogurt
  • Handful of fresh blackberries

How to:

  1. Blend ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and let run until smooth. Add to a bowl and top with granola, kiwi, coconut flakes, beet chips, plantain chips and drizzle with yoghurt. Enjoy!
