Tropical Protein Smoothie Bowl

This bowl is totally like a tropical blended cocktail...but way better for you! Its delightful blend of fruits ginger apple juice and almond milk swirl together for a taste of what warm weather feels like. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 c fruit blend (apple, kiwi, banana)
  • 1 tbsp vegan protein powder of choice (We used Vega One, Vanilla Flavor)
  • 1/3 c Genesis Ginger Apple Juice
  • Splash of Almond Milk

How to:

  1. Blend ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and let run until smooth. Top with raspberries, frozen grapes, kiwi, vegan cocowhip, cacao nibs, goji berries and drizzle with agave syrup. Enjoy!
