Coconut and lemon are a timeless combination, delicious in bars and cakes alike! Blend up those same flavors in less time than it takes to bake and top them with yummy mango for a creamy and tropical treat!
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Genesis lemonade of choice (we used Cranberry)
- lend all ingredients until smooth. Top with sliced banana, mango, blueberries and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
