Lemon Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Even if you're not heading to the tropics this summer, we have the perfect recipe to feel like you have a little taste of it at home. Coconut and lemon are a timeless combination, delicious in bars and cakes alike! Blend up those same flavors in less time than it takes to bake and top them with yummy mango for a creamy and tropical treat!

Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Genesis lemonade of choice (we used Cranberry)

How to:

  1. lend all ingredients until smooth. Top with sliced banana, mango, blueberries and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
