As we are getting into the summer months when no one wants warm, comforting meals and smoothies are getting old...chia seed pudding to the rescue! As one of the easiest recipes to make without sacrificing flavor, this little delight will have you considering it not only for breakfast, but dessert too!
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Genesis Lemonade of choice
- 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
- Dark chocolate
- Coconut flakes
- Add chia seeds and liquids to a container.
- Mix and set in fridge overnight.
- Top with pecans, cranberries, dark chocolate, strawberries and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
