Simple Wintertime Green Smoothie

The perfect smoothie when you want to throw everything in a blender and feel cured. This smoothie is packed with greens, immunity-boosting super foods and everything in between. Blend up a glass for a healthy winter morning go-to.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 celery stalk

  • ½ apple

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

  • ½ cup Genesis Lemonade

  • Splash of coconut milk

How to:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
