3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup Genesis Apple Juice
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Jam, for topping with
Add water, apple juice, chopped apple, and cinnamon to a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Add in oatmeal and let simmer for 4 minutes or until thickened. Add to a bowl and top with jam, coconut milk, and dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
