Chia pudding is growing in popularity for its protein-packed, easy to make attributes. Add some zing to your next chia pudding blend for a little bit of sweet and tangy. With just three ingredients, this is a great midday snack or breakfast option on the go.
½ cup chia seeds
1 cup Genesis Ginger Lemonade
1 cup cashew milk
Add chia seeds, lemonade and milk to a container that seals. Mix and set in fridge overnight. Add to a glass or bowl.
#1 Top with vegan yogurt of choice (we used Follow Your Heart), sliced banana, raspberries, maple syrup and dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
#2 Layer with your favorite jam, top with raspberries & almond slices. Enjoy!
