Post-Workout Chia Lemonade!

You just finished the perfect workout… now it’s time for a refuel! Shake up this quick drink for an energy-packed sip that will keep your body feeling great for the rest of the day! Easy to make and perfectly flavorful without all the extra junk other electrolyte drinks may have.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Genesis Lemonade of choice

  • Water

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

How to:

  1. Fill a jar with ½ cup Genesis Lemonade, chia seeds, and the rest with water. We used a 16 oz jar. Let sit for at least two hours or until chia seeds have expanded. Drink after your workout. Enjoy!
