1/4 cup plant milk of choice (we used Forager)
1/2 cup Genesis Cranberry Lemonade
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla
Combine milk, juice, oats, chia seeds, and vanilla in a jar or container.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving top with coconut flakes, raspberries, blackberries and cranberries.
