The PNW Apple & Rosemary Cocktail

We are loving apples right now, so what better way to celebrate Apple Month than with an apple cocktail?  Introducing our Pacific Northwest Apple & Rosemary Cocktail, a traditional apple drink with an Autumn twist.  

This drink is rich in flavor without being heavy, and it has all of your fall favorites with a slight kick. Try this for Halloween, a Pumpkin carving party or as an elegant addition to a Thanksgiving gathering.



  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 sprig rosemary
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 6 oz. Genesis Pacific Northwest Apple Juice
  • 2 oz. Ghost Owl Pacific Northwest Whisky from Indio Spirits (optional - but we suggest adding a club soda if you skip the Whisky) 

How To: 

  1. Dice up half an apple and place in your glass. Add ice if desired. 
  2. Combine juice and whisky (or club soda). Stir to combine and garnish with rosemary sprig and cinnamon stick.
