Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This bowl is as delicious as it is beautiful, not to mention, beautifully minimal in ingredients and easy to make. Get fancy with vegan yogurt swirled with the naturally stunning color of dragon fruit for a bowl full of vitamin C and antioxidants. 


How to:

  1. Blend ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and let run until smooth. Top with vegan yogurt, dried apples, banana slices, chia seeds, goji berries, granola, vegan protein bar chunks. Drizzle with agave (optional). Enjoy!
