Oatmeal Apple Cinnamon Bowl

Warm, cinnamon-y, deliciously dreamy and perfectly sweet, this oatmeal bowl is the perfect warming breakfast when smoothies and toast become boring or just too cold. Oatmeal is a great comfort food, but incredibly healthy so it’s a win-win. Keep this recipe in mind for the winter months when you want the perfect morning energy boost!


  • 3/4 cup of water

  • 1/2 cup Genesis Apple Juice

  • 1 apple, cored and chopped

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Jam, for topping with

  • Coconut milk

How to:

  1. Add water, apple juice, chopped apple, and cinnamon to a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

  2. Add in oatmeal and let simmer for 4 minutes or until thickened. Add to a bowl and top with jam, coconut milk, and dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
